Prism Facades were engaged by John Holland to provide façade design, engineering and consultancy services from concept to completion for this new 11-storey commercial building which includes over 35,000m2 of Grade-A floor space.
The building’s facade includes a masonry-like projecting cruciform at every second level, which extends over the roof-level to form a grid-like shell.
The building includes a large internal atrium with skylights, which splits the building over each level, to provide natural daylight throughout the large floorplate.
