Quay Quarter Tower, Sydney

This tower was designed by 3XN and BVN and constructed by Multiplex, with the facade delivered by Sharvain Projects. Completed in 2022, the rotating blocks form a large cantilever at the top of the building, which maximises the views to our harbour and city without compromising on thermal comfort. The façade features large staggered sunshades which deflect the western sun and provide visual distinction for this new icon in Circular Quay.

Prism Facades acted as the certifying engineer for all tower facades, providing façade engineering services through to completion.
