Cantilevering over the heritage listed Firehouse Hotel, the slender form of 88 Walker is the tallest building in North Sydney at 50 storeys. The façade takes advantage of the spectacular aspect with extra wide façade panels on the South, creating picture-framed views of Sydney Harbour and Sydney’s CBD skyline.

The main lobby at Level 5 features double height glazing panels within the curtain wall, which have been designed with deeper mullion extrusions in lieu of secondary steel framing in order to span the extended heights.

The podium features frameless glazing, with horizontal expressions stabilised by vertical cables, and sandstone cladding to compliment the surrounding buildings.
