This world class sporting stadium, with a seating capacity of 45,500 was designed by Cox Architecture for John Holland and completed in 2022. The articulated bronze façade features bespoke horizontal recess and sunshade projections as a homage to the stratified sandstone bedrock of the ancient Sydney landscape. Geometric precast concrete panels anchor the building around the base, whilst frameless glass acoustic screens to the north and south stands augment the architectural vision of a ‘floating cloud’ roof
Prism Facades were engaged to provide façade design, engineering and consultancy services throughout all stages of the project from concept to completion.
